We are dedicated to providing aggressive, effective, timely, and well thought out legal services in a professional and personalized manner that is responsive to the needs of all clients in both Kentucky and Tennessee.  These services are provided in several fields of law, primarily focused on all aspects of family law and criminal defense, including Courts-Martial, as well as employment law.  As a former U.S. Army JAGC attorney, and co-author of the Kentucky Bar Association publication, The Minefield of Military Issues Arising in Divorce and Custody Disputes, and as an attorney who has traveled to Iraq to represent a U.S. soldier, I have the experience to provide effective legal services to those serving in the military as well as military spouses with an awareness of and ability to handle the specialized issues that face these clients.  There is no fee for an initial consultation, except for employment law cases for which there is a $75.00 fee.  We limit our employment law cases to federal sector cases (federal employees), state employees (Kentucky) and sexual harassment cases.
